Hi, my name is Kathleen and I am a patient at the Americas Vein Center. After having lung cancer surgery, I was feeling pretty depressed and was talking to my mother one day about the terrible situation I was having with the veins on my leg. My mother then told me of a new doctors office in Southborough that helps people with bad veins, after asking me to try it, I gave them a call the following day and spoke to a sweet woman on the phone who was the office manager. I was telling her of my previous expirences with doctors in the past, and the terrible situation with my legs, and how I was very emotional about the entire issue. She told me to come and see the doctor, Dr.Bergus who she said was a great doctor. I made an appointment for my free consult. When I met Dr.Bergus and his staff they were very nice and informative. Dr.Bergus explained to me the details about my vein disease. I left feeling excited and happy to know what was going on with my veins. I have since had several treatments and my legs are so much better. I am on my way to wearing shorts after not wearing them for eight years! I can't tell you how much better I feel about myself after having the treatments. Dr.Bergus and staff are by far the most professional and personal doctors I have ever been to and I urge anyone with vein issues to go and see them, it could change your life.
